Terms of Use使用条款

These terms are between you and TrendIQ Limited. By using Realish you agree to them. Apple's standard licence agreement also applies to the app.

本条款是你与 TrendIQ Limited 之间的约定。使用 Realish 即表示你同意本条款。Apple 的标准许可协议同样适用于本应用。

You add a photo and describe a change; AI models produce an edited photo or a short video. Results are generated by AI and may be imperfect or not what you expected.

你添加照片并描述想要的改动，AI 模型生成修改后的照片或短视频。结果由 AI 生成，可能不完美，也可能与预期不同。

You keep your rights in the photos you add and in what you make. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. Only add photos you have the right to use.

你对自己添加的照片和生成的作品保留权利。你仅授权我们为向你提供服务而存储和处理它们。请只添加你有权使用的照片。

Realish is for jokes between people who know each other. Do not use it to:

• make nudity or sexual content, or anything sexual involving minors;
• deceive someone for money, fake evidence, documents or news, or impersonate someone to cause harm;
• harass, threaten or defame anyone;
• break the law or someone else's rights.

Tell people it was a prank. We may refuse a request, remove content, or close an account that breaks these rules.

Realish 用于熟人之间的玩笑。请勿用它：

• 制作裸露或色情内容，或任何涉及未成年人的性内容；
• 骗取钱财，伪造证据、证件或新闻，或冒充他人造成损害；
• 骚扰、威胁或诽谤他人；
• 违反法律或侵犯他人权利。

玩笑开完请告诉对方。对违反规则的请求、内容或账号，我们可以拒绝、移除或关闭。

Edits and videos cost credits; the app shows the cost before you send. Credits come from a subscription or a one-time pack, bought through Apple.

• Subscriptions are weekly or monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Each renewal adds that plan's credits.
• Cancel any time in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; credits you already have stay.
• If a generation fails, its credits are returned automatically.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. When Apple refunds a purchase, the credits from it are removed.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

修改和视频会消耗积分，发送前应用会显示所需积分。积分通过 Apple 购买订阅或一次性积分包获得。

• 订阅分为按周和按月，到期自动续订，直到取消。每次续订发放该档位的积分。
• 可随时在「设置 › Apple 账户 › 订阅」中取消。取消后不再续订，已有的积分保留。
• 生成失败时，所扣积分会自动退回。
• 付款与退款由 Apple 依其条款处理。Apple 退款后，该笔购买发放的积分会被扣回。
• 积分不能兑换现金，也不能转让。

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for what people do with what they make. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

服务按现状提供。在法律允许的范围内，我们不对间接损失负责，也不对用户如何使用其作品负责。本条款不限制你依法享有的消费者权利。
